A Cordilheira dos Andes trata de fazer a separação entre Argentina e Chile, sendo um dos lados feito de estepes áridas, pastagens e deserto e, o outro, de fiordes glaciais e floresta temperada.
É, em qualquer dos lados, uma região muito especial com paisagens únicas – montanhas, estepes, glaciares, lagos e florestas - e uma vida selvagem fora de série, onde não faltam guanacos (um primo do camelo e do lama), raposas, pinguins, baleias, condores, águias, pica-paus e flamingos; um ambiente especialmente irresistível para quem adora aventura e experiências ao ar livre.
