É na costa oriental da Maurícia que se encontra esta pequena maravilha: Belle Mare é uma zona de (mais) praias espetaculares, ora mais turísticas e estilo resort, ora mais genuínas e parte de vilas piscatórias.
Aqui todos dias tem garantidas 24 horas de descanso, mesmo quando está a fazer coisas. É que, além do cenário que convida a relaxar, tudo contribui para desacelerar e encontrar um ritmo mais consonante com a natureza, com a cadências das ondas, ou movimento das marés.
Passear é obrigatório, e são vários os caminhos e as direções a seguir. Ora veja só...
Praias fantásticas – sim, há mais praias e são fantásticas, acredite! E pode explorá-las não só começando pela própria praia de Belle Mare que, por causa do recife que corta a ondulação, é supertranquila, como pela praia de Palmar ou Poste Lafayette, todas maravilhosas. Snorkel, mergulho ou outras atividades aquáticas são excelentes opções para estar entretido.
Se prefere sair da praia e variar a paisagem, uma visita aos campos de cana-de-açúcar – ainda hoje um dos principais produtos da economia mauriciana – é uma excelente opção; bem como passear pelo Trou d’Eau Douce, uma vila de pescadores que é a localidade principal desta região; ou explorar a espetacular cascata do Grand River South East, uma refrescante queda de água no meio da floresta tropical.
Pode ainda optar por visitar a Ilê aux Cerfs – uma ilha outrora povoada por veados, daí o nome, e que hoje é visitada por turistas em busca das paisagens magníficas. Tudo aqui é beleza pura. Se é disso que precisa, aqui pode tirar ‘a barriga de misérias’!
